About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the Agency Force and field team. You will work on projects related to PC Sales, PC Growth, Book Transfer, and Succession Planning. The program follows an 80/10/10 structure, where 80% of your time is dedicated to project work, 10% to networking across the organization, and 10% to shared internship activities.
What you'll do#
- Provide project coordination by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support book transfer and succession planning through documentation, agreement tracking, and transition administration.
- Assist with tracking book assignments, preparing summaries, and creating basic dashboards.
- Maintain shared tools, documentation, and process resources to ensure accuracy.
- Draft updates, prepare presentations, coordinate meetings, and capture action items.
- Assist with data collection and analysis regarding sales performance and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with consultants and leadership to track resource needs and task completion.
- Participate in onsite support activities, which may include travel to agent offices.
- Provide general operational and administrative support for special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current college student, preferably with Junior or Senior status.
- Major in Business Administration.
- Passion for learning and the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Dependable, organized, and detail oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in-person.
