About the role#
As a Retail Banking Intern, you will apply your knowledge of business and finance to real-world scenarios. This summer internship provides practical experience within our retail banking segment. You will work alongside professionals to understand how banks support the needs of businesses and consumers while gaining insight into financial drivers, credit skills, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do#
- Participate in Teller training and assist customers on the Teller Line.
- Shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening processes.
- Join Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside business calls.
- Interact with business partners in Private Banking, Treasury Management, and Wealth/Brokerage.
- Attend Workplace Banking presentations and meet with Retail leadership.
- Participate in corporate training opportunities and networking events scheduled for summer interns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- Major in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
- Completed High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not provided).
