About the role#
As a Retail Banking Intern, you will apply your knowledge of business and finance to real-world scenarios. This summer internship provides practical work experience within our retail banking segment. You will work alongside professionals to understand how banks serve the needs of businesses and consumers.
What you'll do#
- Participate in Teller training and service customers on the Teller Line.
- Shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening processes.
- Observe Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside business calls.
- Interact with business partners in areas such as Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking.
- Complete project assignments in conjunction with your rotations.
What you'll need#
- You must be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- Your major should be Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- The internship takes place during the summer of 2027.
- This role is on-site and does not include corporate housing.
