About the role#
This internship provides an inside look at the Commercial Bank at F.N.B. Corporation, with a specific focus on investment real estate lending. You will gain hands-on experience in credit analysis and underwriting while working alongside professionals in the financial services industry. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027 based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Participate in credit training and complete financial spreads and analysis.
- Assist in tracking, administering, and growing the bank's commercial portfolio.
- Shadow commercial lenders and business partners on outside business calls.
- Interact with various business partners, including Private Banking, Treasury Management, and Wealth/Brokerage.
- Complete project assignments in conjunction with departmental rotations.
- Attend scheduled events and training sessions for summer interns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor program.
- Major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to work on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, as sponsorship is not provided.
