About the role#
This internship focuses on Corporate Strategy and Enterprise Quality. You will work on projects involving business strategy, operational excellence, and data analytics. This is a full-time position for the Summer 2027 term, running from early June through the second week of August.
What you'll do#
- Assist with projects related to Corporate or Business Strategy.
- Support initiatives in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or quality management.
- Perform business or data analytics tasks to support team objectives.
- Synthesize information from various sources and present your findings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or Economics.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new frameworks and tools.
- Interest in strategy, process improvement, or quality management.
- Exposure to methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or the Baldrige Excellence Framework is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is helpful.
- Interest or experience in communications, content creation, or instructional design.
Location & details#
- Location: Taylor, Texas.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will work on-site at least 2 days per week, with additional on-site days as required by business needs.
