About the role#
This internship focuses on training development, instructional design, and documentation. You will join a team dedicated to enhancing employee learning experiences and improving training processes. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to initiatives that support workforce development and knowledge sharing.
What you'll do#
- Lead and support training improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and proposing enhancements.
- Develop training materials including manuals, quick-reference guides, and presentations.
- Audit existing training content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Gather feedback from new hires and subject matter experts to evaluate and revise training materials.
- Track project progress by preparing status reports and communicating with stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in-person.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Please note that sponsorship is not provided for this position.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Prior internship experience is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
- The role is based on-site in Minnesota with locations in Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie.
