About the role#
Emerging Tech is hiring an Integration Analyst Intern to support our IT consulting team. You will analyze systems, process data, and support interoperability between enterprise software platforms. This role involves working with IT, software development, and project management teams to design and maintain integration strategies. You will also troubleshoot data exchange issues and manage documentation standards.
What you'll do#
- Analyze systems, processes, and data flows to support integration between disparate software platforms.
- Develop and execute integration strategies to ensure reliable system-to-system data exchange.
- Document integration requirements, system workflows, configurations, and data architecture standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize custom integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data exchange, APIs, middleware, and system interoperability.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on integrated systems and tools.
- Identify opportunities for workflow performance improvements and contribute to infrastructure optimization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Data Analytics.
- Junior or Senior undergraduate status, or enrollment in a graduate program with an expected graduation date of May 2028 or earlier.
- Familiarity with system analysis, data mapping, integration workflows, APIs, and data exchange protocols.
- Proficiency with enterprise IT tools, databases, software development methodologies, or Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
- Strong analytical, data management, and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks.
Location & details#
- This position is fully remote.
- Applicants must reside in the State of Florida and within a designated HUBZone.
- Candidates must have lived at their current Florida HUBZone address for at least six consecutive months and be able to provide documentation.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
