About the role#
Emerging Tech is looking for a Business Development Analyst Intern to support our growth efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in market research, competitive analysis, and government contracting. You will work 10 to 20 hours per week and collaborate with our business development, capture, and technical teams to help us pursue new opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Research potential teaming partners and draft initial outreach communications.
- Analyze government solicitations to identify high-fit opportunities.
- Use platforms like GovWin to track procurement trends and conduct market research.
- Assist in crafting strategic narratives and capability statements for targeted pursuits.
- Monitor developments across key government agencies aligned with our service offerings.
- Contribute to internal reports on market insights and business development metrics.
- Support the coordination of team meetings, briefings, and industry events.
What you'll need#
- You must be a Junior or Senior undergraduate student, or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program.
- Your expected graduation date must be May 2028 or earlier.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Public Policy, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- You must reside in Florida and within a designated HUBZone. You will need to verify your HUBZone residency if requested.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
