About the role#
The Compute Sales Enablement Intern will join the HPE Compute Enablement team. You will create and optimize tools and resources that help our sales teams and partners engage with customers. This role provides an opportunity to influence how we support sellers and partners in closing deals and driving business growth.
What you'll do#
- Drive the development and activation of sales enablement assets like presentations, playbooks, videos, and training.
- Manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and track progress for sales plays and product launches.
- Coordinate data collection and analyze the performance of enablement assets to improve content effectiveness.
- Maintain and organize content repositories and tools to ensure resources are current and accessible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, go-to-market, and product marketing, to align on messaging and goals.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- A basic understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Location & details#
- Location: Spring, Texas.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (requires working from an HPE office on average 2 days per week).
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: $35.00 - $40.25 per hour.
