About the role#
This is a paid internship within the corporate claims team for the Summer 2027 term. You will gain exposure to the insurance industry while working on projects that support our claims operations. This role is full-time and remote, allowing you to work from home anywhere in the United States.
What you'll do#
- Use Business Intelligence tools to turn information into data insights.
- Partner with stakeholders in the Claims department to gather requirements for reporting and analysis.
- Learn about our company culture, business processes, and specific products.
- Build a practical understanding of how the insurance claims process works.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a business major, with a preference for finance, communications, or business management.
- Completion of your junior year is preferred.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Interest in building a career in property casualty insurance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and good personal computer knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location & details#
- This internship is fully remote.
- The position is paid, with a salary range of $19.50 to $23.00 per hour depending on location and experience.
- This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
