About the role#
This is a paid, part-time internship for Summer 2027. You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, collaborating with the Brand and Content and Growth Marketing teams. You will gain hands-on experience by contributing to real marketing and communications projects that support the company business goals.
What you'll do#
- Create written content for marketing channels including social media, web, email, and digital advertising.
- Develop content that supports the EMC brand and improves engagement with external audiences, specifically agency partners.
- Assist with marketing projects through content development, proofreading, project coordination, and analytics.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a major in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Completion of your sophomore year.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
- An interest in content creation, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Experience with student publications, internships, campus organizations, blogs, or social media is a plus.
