About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2028 term. You will join the Elliott Davis team to gain practical experience in the public accounting field. This role is on-site and focuses on professional development through direct involvement in client service and tax projects.
What you'll do#
- Research and consult on various tax matters.
- Learn to use tax software and information technology tools for preparation work.
- Gain exposure to the preparation and delivery of business correspondence.
- Work directly on client matters and visit client sites.
- Join a client service team to build teamwork skills.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accounting or related business administration or finance program.
- A GPA of 3.25 or higher.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Preference is given to students who will be rising seniors by the start of the internship.
- Pursuing a Masters of Accountancy is preferred.

This position is based on-site in one of the following locations: Greenville, SC; Chattanooga, TN; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Columbia, SC; Nashville, TN; or Charleston, SC.
