About the role#
Dreamscape Learn is looking for a Client Success Management Intern to join our team in Culver City. You will shadow our Client Success team to support universities and educational institutions as they adopt immersive VR technology. This role provides insight into SaaS account management, VR hardware deployment, and user adoption strategies. This is an unpaid educational opportunity offered for academic credit only.
What you'll do#
- Support the technical backend by setting up user permissions, email integrations, and tracking codes.
- Audit, clean, and import contact and company data from legacy systems.
- Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, task reminders, and sales pipelines.
- Design health dashboards to track client metrics.
- Create how-to guides for the internal team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in Business, Communications, Marketing, Technology, Customer Experience, Operations, or a related field.
- Ability to receive academic credit.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data mapping.
- Familiarity with CRM or CSM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous style.
- A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Comfort using email and Microsoft Office.
- A basic understanding of customer service or customer experience principles.
