About the role#
Dreamscape Learn is looking for a Legal Intern to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in the education technology sector. You will work with our legal team on research, contract analysis, and compliance projects. This internship is an unpaid educational opportunity for academic credit only.
What you'll do#
- Perform legal research on topics related to company operations.
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Help prepare and maintain legal documentation and databases.
- Respond to legal inquiries and requests for information.
- Conduct due diligence on legal matters.
- Attend meetings and take notes.
- Collaborate on special projects and track industry regulations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the second or third year of a Juris Doctor (JD) program.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
