About the role#
The Customer Credit Services Intern supports operational analysis, process improvement, and customer service initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in utility credit and collections, regulatory compliance, and business analytics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business performance and the overall customer experience.
What you'll do#
- Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support documentation efforts and workflow enhancements.
- Research customer account issues, such as billing disputes, medical certifications, and identity verification.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and various special projects.
- Support initiatives related to collections, customer affordability, and compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- An expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn.

- Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour.
