About the role#
The Brennan School of Business is hiring an undergraduate student worker for the Fall 2026 term. This part-time position offers experience in a professional office environment. You will work on-site at the River Forest campus.
What you'll do#
- Greet and assist students, faculty, and other visitors.
- Provide front desk coverage.
- Handle document preparation, copying, and filing.
- Deliver and retrieve documents across campus.
- Stock and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with BSB social media and perform other assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program at Dominican University.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Telephone skills.
- Ability to work both independently and with others.

- Location: River Forest, Illinois.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
- Schedule requirements include shifts Monday through Friday at various times between 8:30am and 6:30pm.
