About the role#
As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will join our integrated design team to help create electrical systems for new construction and building renovations. You will work alongside licensed engineers and professionals from various disciplines, including architecture and interiors. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2027, running from May 18 through August 6.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with a licensed engineer on electrical system designs.
- Attend design team meetings to observe how a multi-disciplinary team coordinates projects.
- Assist with the design and development of construction documents, primarily using Revit.
- Visit an active construction site to see projects in progress.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year in an ABET-accredited Electrical or Architectural Engineering program.
- Experience or interest in BIM workflows, such as Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Interest in architectural building design.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
- Having passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam is preferred.

- This internship is based in either Dallas, Texas, or Houston, Texas.
- This is an on-site role.
