About the role#
As a Business Account Manager Intern, you will work with members and clients to build and maintain professional relationships. You will manage accounts with average development potential and help your unit meet its sales and business development goals. This is an 18-week, full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Prospect for new business and maintain existing relationships with members, businesses, and associations.
- Sell financial products and services through various distribution channels based on client needs.
- Identify and analyze the specific requirements of your clients to provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor industry trends to find new business development opportunities.
- Represent the organization in public relations activities and negotiate product terms within established standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
- Proficiency in French.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- A clear focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Montréal or Trois-Rivières, Quebec.
- The internship follows a rolling term.
