About the role#
Transfer pricing sits at the intersection of economics, business, and tax. As a Tax Intern, you will analyze intercompany transactions and help address economic issues for multinational organizations. This role provides experience in consulting and cross-border tax matters.
What you'll do#
- Support transfer pricing engagements.
- Analyze intercompany cross-border transactions for clients.
- Conduct industry research on factors that affect client operations and profitability.
- Perform economic and financial analyses, including valuation modeling for companies and intangible property.
- Research comparable benchmarks and analyze financial statement data.
- Assist in drafting proposals, reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a graduation date by Summer or Fall 2028.
- Pursuit of a bachelor degree or higher in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, international relations, or business.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (3.2 preferred).
- Age 18 or older.
- Ability to attend all in person core programming sessions.
- Residence within a commutable distance of the assigned office.
- Prior internship or work experience in economics, finance, accounting, tax, or transfer pricing is preferred.
Location & details#
- Locations: Atlanta, Georgia or New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with an expectation to co-locate in the office 2-3 times per week.
- Travel: Up to 50 percent based on client needs.
- Status: Full-time and paid position with limited immigration sponsorship available.
