About the role#
This 12-week fellowship program helps transitioning military members apply their professional experience to a corporate environment. You will immerse yourself in the AI and Engineering practice at Deloitte. The program includes a structured learning experience and project shadowing to prepare you for client service work. This is a full-time, paid opportunity that functions as a DoD SkillBridge program.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a 12-week fellowship program.

- Assist in addressing complex challenges for clients.
- Immerse yourself in the AI and Engineering practice.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Current status as an Active Duty member of the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program.
- Enrollment in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligibility for the fellowship.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- At least 2 years of experience in software or application development.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence through coursework, certifications, internships, or professional roles.
