About the role#
This 12-week fellowship provides transitioning military members the chance to apply their professional experience within the Deloitte Finance Transformation practice. You will work alongside industry leaders to address complex client challenges. This program is designed to prepare you for a corporate client service environment while you remain employed by the military. Upon finishing the fellowship, you may be considered for a full-time role.
What you'll do#
- Immerse yourself in the Finance Transformation practice.
- Gain exposure to industry leaders working on complex client projects.
- Participate in a structured learning experience designed by Deloitte.
- Engage in project shadowing to build your skills.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Active duty status in the US Armed Forces with command authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program.
- Enrollment in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation with eligibility for the fellowship program.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- At least 1 year of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, or cost accounting.
- Experience with Momentum, OneStream, SAP FICO/PaPM, Oracle EPM/EPBCS, or Cognos TM1.
- Experience with requirements, configuration, integrations, testing, or data remediation.
- Experience with financial data mapping, reporting, and process improvement.
- The ability to translate finance needs into technical solutions.
- A Top Secret security clearance.

- This is a remote role available to eligible candidates across the United States.
- The program term is 12 weeks on a rolling basis.
