About the role#
This 12-week fellowship provides transitioning military members the chance to apply their professional experience within the Deloitte AI & Engineering practice. You will work alongside industry leaders to address client challenges while remaining employed by the military. This program focuses on preparing you for a client service environment through structured learning and project shadowing.
What you'll do#
- Immerse yourself in the AI & Engineering practice.
- Gain exposure to projects that solve complex client problems.
- Participate in a Deloitte designed learning curriculum.
- Shadow team members in a client service environment.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Active Duty status in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program.
- Enrollment in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligibility to participate.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- At least 2 years of experience in software or application development.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence through professional experience, academic coursework, or certifications.

- This is a remote role available to eligible candidates across the United States.
- The program lasts 12 weeks.
- Upon successful completion, you may be considered for a full-time position.
