About the role#
As a student within the Disputes and Litigation team, you will support independent assessments of potential damages, including those resulting from contract breaches, construction delays, shareholder conflicts, and intellectual property violations. You will work in a collaborative environment where the focus is on simplifying complex issues to facilitate successful dispute resolution.
What you'll do#
- Support key decision-makers in the development and execution of project deliverables.
- Collaborate on the creation of documents, reports, and tables for client missions.
- Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and progress reporting.
- Actively develop communication and relationship-building skills.
- Work within a team-oriented environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in accounting, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in French and basic English skills.
- Experience with research, data synthesis, report writing, and presentation preparation.
- Proven ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of organization.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
