About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience within the Korean Services Group. You will work alongside tax professionals to gain insight into client service and technical tax work. The role focuses on building practical skills through research, collaboration, and the use of tax technology. You will receive mentorship and coaching throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Support client service teams with tax research, analysis, and project delivery.
- Evaluate the tax impact of business decisions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex tax issues.
- Use tax, data, and technology tools to support project execution.
- Develop your knowledge of tax considerations across various client offerings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a bachelor degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Expected graduation by Summer or Fall 2028.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Definitive plans to meet the educational requirements for CPA licensure.
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Technology-related coursework, a 3.2 GPA, and prior internship or work experience are preferred.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with expectations to co-locate in the office 2-3 times per week.
- Sponsorship: Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Compensation: The estimated hourly wage range is $25 to $48.
