About the role#
As an Analyst Intern in the Infrastructure & Real Estate team, you will support complex projects and transactions. This role involves working with government agencies, investors, and developers across the entire infrastructure lifecycle. You will contribute to business development, financial modeling, and project management for large-scale initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Create proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
- Perform market research, including jurisdictional scans for comparable projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder consultations and market soundings with government officials, lenders, and investors.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop solutions for client challenges.
- Build and review financial models to estimate project costs and determine transaction structures.
- Provide program management support for infrastructure initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary degree or diploma program in Commerce, Engineering, Political Science, Philosophy, Architecture, Finance, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Accounting, or Chemistry.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong visual, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to undertake complex quantitative analysis and work comfortably with data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to adapt to unfamiliar situations and take initiative in a team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality output.
