About the role#
As a Business Administration intern, you will contribute to projects and activities that support our operations and growth. Depending on your background, interests, and business needs, you may join departments such as procurement, finance, logistics, information technology, continuous improvement, project management, or operations. You will work with various teams to collect, analyze, and structure information for decision-making and project execution. This role offers hands-on experience within a complex industrial organization.
What you'll do#
- Analyze, document, and improve business processes.
- Collect, compile, and synthesize data to support operations and management decisions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and other administrative deliverables.
- Coordinate and track projects, initiatives, or operational activities.
- Support the organization and follow-up of meetings, workshops, or working groups.
- Draft and maintain administrative documents, procedures, and reference guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective information flow and consistent practices.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to recommend improvements for existing tools or processes.
- Support transformation and optimization initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the deployment or optimization of business systems and solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program for business administration, operations management, human resources, finance, accounting, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Rigor, organization, and the ability to work independently.
- A good sense of priority management to handle multiple files at once.
- Interest in collaborating with different teams and communicating with various stakeholders.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Solid writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability in a changing environment.
- The internship must be recognized by your educational institution and meet your program requirements.
