About the role#
D1 Training Altoona is looking for a creative student to join our team as a Social Media Intern. You will gain experience building a brand and showcasing the athletes in our facility. This role offers mentorship and the chance to build your professional portfolio while working in a sports performance environment.
What you'll do#
- Create content and edit videos for our social media channels.
- Develop and implement social media strategies.
- Produce athlete highlights and share stories from the facility.
- Support brand growth and marketing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
- You are creative and reliable.
- You feel comfortable around athletes and sports.
- You are eager to learn and bring new ideas to the team.

- This position is based in Altoona, Iowa.
- We offer a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.
- The internship term is rolling.
