About the role#
We are looking for a Marketing and PR Intern to join our team in Miami. You will support our marketing, communications, and social media efforts while gaining hands-on experience at a growing fitness brand. This role requires a mix of office work and in-studio content creation. We are looking for someone who is excited about fitness, storytelling, and brand building.
What you'll do#
- Write and manage our Substack and newsletter, including member highlights and studio updates.
- Assist with PR outreach, press materials, and general brand communications.
- Draft copy for campaigns, announcements, and internal communications.
- Create daily social media content and edit shortform videos.
- Participate in on-street and in-studio video production, including filming and interviewing.
- Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
- Support community engagement and monitor social channels.
- Gather testimonials and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Assist with events, local marketing initiatives, and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate PR and marketing tasks for studio launches.
What you'll need#
- You must live in Miami, FL and have reliable transportation.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on storytelling and brand voice.
- A creative mindset and a genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
- Comfort filming, interviewing, and appearing on camera.
- Basic video editing skills for mobile or desktop.
- An organized and proactive approach to your work.
- Ability to commit to 20 hours per week.

- Location: Miami, Florida.
- Work Modality: On-site and hybrid.
- Compensation: $25 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week.
