About the role#
Crowe MacKay LLP is hiring Co-op students for the Winter 2027 term in Vancouver. This is a full-time, on-site position within our CFO Advisory department. We provide practical experience and training to support your path toward a professional accounting designation.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documents.
- Complete corporate and personal income tax returns, including related filings and schedules.
- Assist with corporate year ends, covering compilation, review, and audit engagements.
- Meet deadlines set by partners and senior staff accountants.
- Participate in firm education, training, and professional development programs.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree in progress or completed that meets CPA requirements, preferably a BCom or BBA with an accounting focus.
- Strong time management, communication, and client service skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- A collaborative approach to working within a team.
- Familiarity with software such as Sage 50, CaseWare, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office is an asset.

- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: $50,000 to $52,000 annually.
