About the role#
Crowe MacKay LLP is hiring full-time CPA Articling Students for our Kelowna office starting in the fall of 2027. This position offers practical experience in the accounting industry, including mentorship and training to support your professional designation goals.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Complete corporate and personal income tax returns, along with related filings and schedules.
- Assist with corporate year ends, including compilation, review, and audit engagements.
- Meet deadlines assigned by partners and senior staff.
- Engage in firm-provided education, training, and professional development programs.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance that meets CPA requirements, or be in the process of completing one.
- Strong communication, time management, and client service skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet strict deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset that supports team success.
- Experience with software such as Sage 50, CaseWare, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office is an asset.

- This role is based on-site in Kelowna, British Columbia.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
