About the role#
Crowe MacKay LLP is seeking Co-op students to join our Assurance and Accounting team in Kelowna for the Fall 2027 term. We offer practical experience and training to support students working toward their professional accounting designation.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documents.
- Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns, including related filings and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate year ends, including compilation, review, and audit engagements.
- Meet deadlines assigned by partners and senior staff accountants.
- Participate in firm education, training, and professional development programs.
- Complete ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed an undergraduate degree in BCom or BBA with an accounting focus.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with software such as Sage 50, CaseWare, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office is an asset.

- Compensation: $43,000 to $45,000 per year.
