About the role#
Crowe MacKay LLP is hiring CPA Articling Students for our Whitehorse office. We are looking for students to join our team in either May or September 2027. This is a full-time, on-site role within our Assurance and Accounting department. You will gain practical experience and professional development required to achieve your CPA designation.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documents.
- Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns, including related filings and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate year ends, including compilation, review, and audit engagements.
- Meet deadlines assigned by partners and senior staff.
- Participate in education, training, and professional development programs.
- Complete ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree that meets CPA requirements, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent time management, communication, and client service skills.
- A basic understanding of accounting software is an asset.
