About the role#
Cottingham & Butler is looking for ambitious individuals to join our Sales Internship program in Dallas. This is a 10-week, full-time, paid opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in the insurance industry. We focus on your character and drive rather than your specific major, as we provide the training needed to succeed.
What you'll do#
- Cold call potential clients to introduce our services and identify their insurance needs.
- Observe and participate in client meetings alongside experienced sales professionals.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to build your product knowledge.
- Build professional connections with clients, executives, and fellow interns.
