About the role#
The 2027 Summer Client Service Internship at Cottingham & Butler is a 10-week program designed to provide hands-on experience within the insurance brokerage industry. Interns are immersed in the daily operations of the client service team, gaining insight into the responsibilities of a full-time professional while contributing to meaningful projects.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of specific projects aimed at enhancing the client experience or improving internal processes.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the tasks and responsibilities required of a full-time client service role.
- Work closely with clients and team members to identify pressing issues and implement strategic solutions.
- Attend client meetings to observe and participate in discussions, helping to identify and address client needs.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support client service initiatives.
What you'll need#
