About the role#
Cottingham & Butler is looking for interns for our 2027 Summer Client Service Internship Program. This 10-week program provides hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. You will work alongside professionals to understand the core responsibilities of a full-time client service role.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of specific projects designed to improve client experience or internal processes.
- Work directly with clients and team members to identify and solve pressing issues.
- Attend client meetings to observe and participate in discussions about client needs.
- Research market trends and emerging opportunities to support our client service efforts.
- Build connections with industry professionals and other interns through networking and social activities.
What you'll need#
- A history of academic or extracurricular excellence.
- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
- The ability to work well within a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- We accept applicants from all majors, including Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, and Psychology.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 18, 2027 to July 23, 2027).

- Compensation: This is a paid internship ($6,500) with a bonus opportunity.
