About the role#
Cottingham & Butler is seeking motivated individuals for our 2027 Summer Sales Internship in Dallas. This program is a 10-week, full-time, paid position designed to provide hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. We focus on your character and drive, so your major is not a factor in our hiring process.
What you'll do#
- Cold call potential clients to introduce our services and identify insurance needs.
- Travel to client meetings with experienced sales professionals to observe and participate in discussions.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to build your product knowledge and sales skills.
- Build connections with clients, industry professionals, company executives, and fellow interns.
