About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in Milford, Massachusetts, gaining hands-on experience by supporting project teams with document management and subcontractor coordination.
What you'll do#
- Manage and set up project documents.
- Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes.
- Process bid lists and gather subcontractor pricing and scope summaries.
- Create leveling and scope sheets for subcontractors.
- Support permitting processes with local municipalities.
- Assist with owner and subcontractor change orders.
- Prepare closeout binders, including warranties and O&M manuals.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Architecture.
- A clear interest in construction management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
