About the role#
Colorado State University is hiring for a seasonal grounds maintenance role. This position is for non-students and supports the upkeep of campus facilities and outdoor spaces.
What you'll do#
- Perform general grounds maintenance such as mowing, raking, shoveling, and sweeping.
- Maintain sports fields and flower beds.
- Manage irrigation, chemical spraying, and fertilization.
- Clean and repair equipment and organize storage facilities.
- Provide support for campus events.
What you'll need#
- A valid Driver License.
- Ability to pass a Criminal and Motor Vehicle Background Check.
- Reliability, promptness, and honesty.
- Ability to interact with the campus community.
- Experience with grounds maintenance tools like mowers and trimmers is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
