    About the role#

    The Office of the Registrar at Colorado State University is hiring a Non-Student Hourly Academic Record Specialist. This temporary position supports the Academic Records unit and works up to 40 hours per week. You will serve as a primary resource for faculty and staff, while providing secondary support for escalated student service issues.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide customer service and enrollment expertise via phone, email, Teams chat, and in-person interactions.
    • Process and troubleshoot academic records transactions, including registration requests, appeals, and student forms.
    • Evaluate domestic transfer coursework using university articulation guidelines.
    • Coordinate specialized academic records and degree conferral processes.
    • Create and maintain departmental documentation, training materials, and procedures.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor’s degree.
    • Experience working in higher education within a Registrar’s Office, Enrollment Services, or Academic Affairs.
    • Experience using administrative student information systems, specifically Ellucian Banner.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.

    Location & details#

    • This role is based in Centennial Hall, Colorado.
    • The position offers a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days remote after training is complete.
    • This is a paid, non-student hourly position with a rolling term.
