About the role#
This co-op program offers hands-on experience across multiple manufacturing functions. You will participate in 6-month rotations in key departments to contribute to projects that drive safety, efficiency, quality, and innovation. You will work alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to build foundational skills in manufacturing operations. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Safety: Design tools to reduce risk, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
- Welding: Improve tools, layouts, and work instructions while supporting 5S and CAPEX projects.
- Assembly: Develop fixtures, conduct PFMEA, and aid in new launches.
- Maintenance: Create maintenance procedures, lead TPM projects, and support facility upgrades.
- Logistics: Design carts and racks, reconcile data, and support WMS operations.
- Quality: Build analytics tools, improve inspection methods, and lead process improvements.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing an Associates or Technical degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
