About the role#
The Agricultural Technical Training Intern role supports the North America Technical Training team. You will work with staff to create and deliver technical training for dealer technicians, field personnel, and internal employees. This team collaborates with engineering and product management to produce materials that help technicians diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment. You will gain experience in agricultural technology, technical communication, and instructional design.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and delivery of technical training programs.
- Get hands-on experience working with agricultural equipment.
- Assist with training preparation and the creation of content.
- Take part in field activities and equipment demonstrations.
- Review existing training materials to suggest improvements.
- Help refine processes for training development and delivery.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program.
- Pursuit of at least a Bachelor's degree.

- Location: Ames, Iowa.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
