About the role#
The Operational Support and Training team creates resources that help customers, dealers, and internal teams use agricultural equipment and technology. As an intern, you will work with technical specialists to build instructional content and support product launches. This role provides hands-on exposure to equipment and precision farming tools.
What you'll do#
- Create training materials like instructional videos, quick-reference guides, and digital learning content.
- Research equipment functions, precision farming technology, and common operator questions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and training specialists to gather technical information and validate content.
- Participate in hands-on equipment and technology activities.
- Support training readiness for new product launches.
- Review and update existing training materials for accuracy and usability.
- Organize and maintain training resources on digital platforms.
- Analyze training usage and learner feedback to identify content gaps.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program.
- Pursuit of at least a Bachelor's degree.
Location & details#
- Location: Racine, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $20.34 per hour.
