About the role#
The Salesforce CRM Intern will support the Salesforce team by analyzing data, building reports, and monitoring information quality. You will work with sales, marketing, service, and IT teams to provide insights that drive business decisions. This position offers hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and business analytics.
What you'll do#
- Analyze Salesforce data to find trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Monitor CRM data quality and assist with cleansing, validation, and governance.
- Support the collection and presentation of key business and user adoption metrics.
- Assist in developing KPI scorecards and executive reporting packages.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and build actionable dashboards.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Document report definitions, data sources, and business processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and data capture practices.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate new functionality.
- Prepare presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student.
- Active pursuit of at least a Bachelor’s degree.

- Location: Racine, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $20.34 per hour.
