About the role#
This internship supports logistics operations at our manufacturing facility. You will work on data analysis and solutions to improve material flows and system environments. The role involves identifying bottlenecks, modeling routes, and reporting on logistics initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Collect regional plant data.
- Simplify systems and build dashboards.
- Support logistics flow transformation projects.
- Use data to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with other facilities to support logistics operations.
- Establish standards for processes and metrics.
- Assist with project management and task organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program.
- Pursuit of at least a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or Data Science.

- Location: Benson, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time.

- Pay: $20.34 to $25.75 per hour, depending on major and year in school.
