About the role#
As a Technical Service Specialist Intern, you will work with the Technical Support team to assist customers, dealers, and OEMs. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service while building your technical knowledge and communication skills. This role involves troubleshooting, training, and documentation to ensure effective solutions for our users.
What you'll do#
- Handle troubleshooting inquiries from customers, dealers, and OEMs via phone and email.
- Help deliver training sessions for both internal and external audiences.
- Provide support during events, product demonstrations, or testing activities.
- Work with the Technical Support team to address inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document common technical issues to help build and improve knowledge-sharing resources.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program (Associates, Technical, Bachelor's, or Post-graduate).
Location & details#
- Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Status: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid position at $20.34 per hour.
