About the role#
This co-op position supports the Innovation group in Goodfield, Illinois. You will work with engineers to construct, test, and evaluate new concepts for large tractors and crop production equipment. This is a full-time role covering the Winter and Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Prepare prototype machines for field testing by installing components, making parts, and performing maintenance.
- Change equipment configurations to support testing needs.
- Collaborate with the project team to test and validate experimental designs.
- Operate prototype machines in the field to execute test plans.
- Review field test results and contribute ideas for future concept development.
- Support the Agronomy team by operating test machines and performing data collection and analysis.
- Participate in internal meetings to provide input on innovation updates.
- Travel to other company facilities and remote test sites as required.

- Current enrollment in a college degree program.
- Ability to work full-time hours.

- Compensation: $23.69 - $25.75 per hour.
