About the role#
You will work with the founding team at an AI-enabled recruiting startup. The role focuses on connecting candidates with career opportunities at venture-backed startups and improving the internal workflows behind talent matching.
What you'll do#
- Support candidates through the talent-matching process.
- Connect individuals with relevant startup opportunities.
- Manage candidate relationships to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Take ownership of operational workflows and find ways to automate or improve current processes.
- Assist with recruiting, talent acquisition, and social media initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A completed bachelor's degree.
- Zero to four years of experience, including at least three months in a company setting.
- Evidence of strong academic performance, substantial projects, or relevant contributions.
- Experience in a startup, consulting, sales, or venture capital environment.
- Familiarity with venture-backed startups and hiring practices.
- Experience with recruiting, candidate relations, or workflow automation is helpful.
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco.
- Ability to commit to a six-day work week.
