About the role#
This 5-month co-op program offers students a chance to work within our Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams. You will gain exposure to the paperboard packaging industry and contribute to projects that support our commercial strategy. This role is designed as a pipeline for future early-career talent and provides hands-on experience in a business environment.
What you'll do#
- Support product development, marketing, and commercial strategy projects.
- Conduct research on markets, customers, products, and competitors.
- Assist with sales tasks including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technical teams.
- Participate in product development and new product trials while coordinating between customers, operations, and sales teams.
- Assist with product commercialization, launch tracking, and sales enablement materials.
- Support customer segmentation, win/loss analysis, and account planning.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as a rising junior or senior in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Data Science.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Prior sales or paper industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work in both office and manufacturing settings.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and wear required Personal Protective Equipment when in manufacturing areas.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without company sponsorship.
