About the role#
The Internal Audit Summer Analyst program is a 10-week internship based in New York. This role focuses on delivering independent and timely assurance regarding governance, risk management, and internal control environments. Analysts work within core business units or global functions to support the control culture of the organization.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a 3-day training program at the start of the internship.
- Contribute to team objectives and add value through real-world work assignments.
- Engage with senior and junior mentors, and attend speaker events with internal audit professionals.
- Network with fellow interns and current program participants.
- Present your accomplishments and lessons learned to the Senior Internal Audit Management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.3 is preferred.
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, motivation, and the ability to multitask.
- Academic background or experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics is a plus.
- Ability to work without sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
