About the role#
The Services Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week, full-time opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience through training and project-based work. Analysts are placed within teams to focus on financial analysis, business development, client engagement, and market research. The program is designed to build a foundation for a long-term career, with the potential for successful participants to be invited back as full-time Analysts upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends and the impact of macroeconomic factors.
- Develop materials that support business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth by identifying opportunities where data-driven insights and AI capabilities add value.
- Assist with process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk, including exploring how AI and machine learning tools can automate tasks or improve decision-making.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI-powered automation in improving operational workflows and reducing manual effort.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings, including exposure to how AI models segment clients and predict behaviors.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership to communicate complex data analysis and AI-driven insights.
What you'll need#
- Current junior standing in college, graduating between December 2027 and May 2028, with a preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a drive to learn how technology and AI are transforming the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis, lookups, and basic modeling) and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Exposure to or an eagerness to learn about analytical platforms and AI-specific tools, such as natural language processing applications or machine learning dashboards.
- Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
