About the role#

The Internal Audit Summer Analyst program is a 16-week internship based in Mississauga, Ontario. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management, and internal control environment. Analysts are paired with senior and junior mentors, participate in structured classroom training, and engage in networking events with industry professionals.

What you'll do#

• Provide independent assessments of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Partner with a core business or global function to ensure sound control environments are maintained.
• Manage real-world projects and contribute tangible value to your assigned team.
• Network with fellow interns, program participants, and Internal Audit professionals.
• Present your accomplishments and key lessons learned to the Senior Internal Audit Management team at the conclusion of the program.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• A minimum GPA of 3.3 is preferred.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, think critically, and pay close attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity and a collaborative approach to achieving team objectives.
• Academic background or experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a plus.
